U.S. Return and Refund Policy

At Marie Valois, we will accept eligible returns within 30 days from the date your order shipped. 

Return Eligibility and Conditions

• Shoes must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered
• Defective items - If you feel you have received defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery
• Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box along with original accessories, and must be placed in another mailer box/bag to avoid damage.
• Shoes without original shoe box or with damaged shoe box are subjected to a 5% (of retail price) restocking fee. 
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. 
• Shoes purchased with promotions and discounts with 50% or greater off the original price will not be eligible for return.  

Exchanges

• When do exchanges, we encourage the customer to place a new order for the items and return the other items at the same time.
